While there are always things that I covet severly, in the way of gadgets and gizmo’s, because I willingly admit I’m a gadget freakazoid in the worst way…one of the things I covet the most is one of these…

That’s right a digital photo frame. Given my line of work, you’d think I’d already had a 7 inch digital frame right? Yeah me too! Someone please tell my husband that too, I mean it’s ridiculous that I don’t have one already right? Right!? This thing on? Tap Tap.
I suppose I’ve been watching them develop, from the earliest versions, to some of the later versions, some even come with built in MP3 players now…but then I’m also one of those annoying people that constantly flips through songs half way through until I find one I like well enough to listen to all the way through!
Okay people, go forth and shop for your own digital frames ok? But then please come back here and tell me just how wonderful they are okay? So I can feel better.

So as I mentioned before, the in laws positively showered the kids with gifts, and some of them were pretty unique baby gifts for Flipper. Of course Skippy got his fair share of stuff too, including the most incredible bouncy ball thing you sit on, but comes complete with a cover that has a horse head, and four legs dangling off it! It’s the cutest thing, he’s trying to get to grips with it, but more often than not ends up on his backside! But he just gets back on again and keeps trying. FIL also got him this bizarre thing that is battery operated, but can climb up windows – it’s pretty cool and looks a bit like a transformer, so it’s been a big hit.
Flipper has been showered with clothes, and of course stuff from the UK is *much* better quality than the stuff we get here, and since he’s been mostly in Skippy’s handmedowns, I’m really glad the kid finally has some new stuff all to himself. I’ll post some photos when he starts to wear them okay?
This morning I drove the IL’s out to that small country town to sort out something with their passports – and finally apply for my new one after that fiasco last time! SO I’m uber glad it’s all sorted out now…phew. I also managed to fire off 12 business card samples to that local client I mentioned before, so I finally feel like I’m making headway with my gee-iant to-do list! Or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I got my old whiteboard dusted off, cleaned up, bought a bunch of magnets and markers to use with it and I have it propped up on my desk – against the wall, so I can just lean up and cross things off my list as I go – I swear it really helps that I can colour-code everthing and make it purdy.
I’m such a right-brainer!

I have so much to do it’s quite freakish really. Business cards to design, photos to edit, a website to complete, oh yes, lest I forget two children to raise! Could someone remind me of that sometime please???

Here’s another opportunity to look at online Personal Loans , for those of you that are interested. This is a different company to the one I reviewed last time.
With rising gas/petrol prices, soaring food prices, and everything else at the moment, a lot of people are running up debt. In the past, hubby and I, when in a pinch had to use more than one credit card to bail us out of a sticky situation, we took a personal loan, paid off all the credit cards, we got a lower rate than the credit cards and it was easier just making one payment. Thankfully, that too is now paid off.
So if you’d like to take a look see at what this company have to offer, take a look at Pay Day Loans and you’re welcome to make up your own minds.
As always, thank you for reading!

For now…the IL’s, are far from being the EV-IL’s, and more like the WONDERF-ILS. They have done a ton of grocery shopping, endlessly entertained the kids (was suprised at MIL’s abilities with Flipper, he’s not an easy baby, and she was undeterred.), and even washed up all the pots and pans after dinner, and loaded the plates and cuttlery into the dishwasher, oh and did I mention positively showered the kids with gifts too!
Of interest, my hubby bought me Burberry Weekend for Christmas, and my MIL arrives with a bottle from duty free at Heathrow, having said she’d smelled every Burberry fragrance there, and felt like *that* was the right one! Uncanny hey?
So far so good. Watch this space
